Lost
and Found Eleven-year-old
Brennan Hawkins was LOST.
He was last seen on Friday, An
intensive search began involving as many as 3,000
volunteers. Searchers
set Four
days later, Brennan Hawkins was FOUND.
Two volunteer searchers came across the boy
around noon (3 p.m. ET) about 1.5 miles south of “We are absolutely thrilled with the outcome of this,” said his uncle, Bob Hawkins. "This is the GREATEST outcome we could expect." Jody Hawkins, Brennan’s mother, said, “We're here to unequivocally tell you that Heaven is NOT closed, prayers ARE answered, and children DO come home.” We
rejoice with the Dawkins family and our gratitude is
extended to those thousands Brennan’s experiences teach us some things about our OWN condition… Because
of our sin, YOU and I are LOST, in desperate need of
salvation (Romans 6:23).
But because of His great love for us, God sent
His Son to our rescue.
Jesus said, "For the Son of Man has
come to SEEK and to SAVE that which was
LOST" (Luke 19:10).
Through His death on the cross, Jesus “blazed
a trail” for US THEN...
as -HIS-
children, we must continue to follow Christ
through this life until Yes,
Mrs. Hawkins, thanks be to God that through His Son,
Jesus Christ...... God bless you!
