The Greatest Wonder A group of students were asked to list what they
thought were the present While gathering the votes, the teacher noted
that one student had not finished her paper yet. So
she asked the girl if she was having trouble with her
list. The girl replied, "Yes, a little. I
couldn’t quite make up my mind because there were so
many." The teacher said, "Well, tell us what you
have, and maybe we can help." 1. To see She hesitated a little, and then added, 5. To feel The room was so full of silence you could have
heard a pin drop. During this Thanksgiving Holiday season in the
United States, I would like to direct your attention
to… the Wonder of ALL Wonders: the
LOVE of God for us.
"For God so loved the world that He gave
His only begotten Son, that whoever believes in Him
should not perish but have everlasting life"
(John 3:16). Because of His love for us, God sent His Son
to die for our sins, so that we can become His
children… "How great is the love the Father
has lavished on us, that we should be called children
of God!" (1 John 3:1).
We become children of God by: placing
our trust in Him
(Hebrews 11:6), repenting of our sins (2 Corinthians 7:9-10), confessing Jesus before men (Romans 10:9-10), and being baptized (immersed) for Truly, the LOVE of God is THE Wonder of ALL
Wonders. It
is amazing, incomprehensible! God
bless you. David
